Starchive began the way most archives do: one piece at a time.

We started selling designer clothing online in 2013, long before there was a name on the door. What began as a way to move a few pieces for an extra buck became a habit of looking harder: for the rarer items, the forgotten seasons, the one-offs that never come back around. Over the years that search built a collection, and the collection became Starchive in 2023.

We opened our first room in Los Angeles at the start of 2024, a temporary showroom where people could finally see the pieces in person. A year later, in April 2025, we brought the whole operation to New York City and took our first real step into retail.

Today Starchive is an archive store for authenticated Chrome Hearts, Enfants Riches Déprimés, Paly Hollywood and rare designer and vintage pieces. We sell online at starchive.la, ship worldwide, and see clients by private appointment at our showroom in New York City.

The archive is built on a simple principle: fashion is cyclical. A Chrome Hearts piece from years ago can feel more current than anything released this season, and the right vintage tee sits naturally next to the grails of today. We carry both new and pre-owned pieces, and we curate them to be worn together. We place a unique emphasis on styling to show you exactly how we believe our clothes should be worn together. We carry pieces intentionally that we think will synthesize with ease.

Every piece you see here is in our hands. We source new inventory every week, authenticate everything before it is listed, and photograph each piece ourselves in our New York showroom, so what you see is exactly what you receive. We curate for serious collectors and enthusiasts, and we hope that shows in every piece we choose.
