What is Starchive?

Starchive is an archive store in New York City for authenticated Chrome Hearts, Enfants Riches Déprimés, Paly Hollywood and rare designer and vintage clothing and jewelry. We have been selling designer pieces online since 2013, became Starchive in 2023, and moved the whole operation to New York in April 2025. You can shop online at starchive.la or visit our showroom by appointment.

Is Starchive legit? Is everything authentic?

Yes. Every piece on our site is physically in our hands and is inspected by our team before it is listed. Anything from a widely replicated category, like .925 silver, printed pieces and denim, is also checked by an independent third-party authenticator, usually @christianlcauth. If a piece we sold is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund the full price, shipping included, for life. You can read exactly how we do it on our Authentication page.

How do you authenticate Chrome Hearts?

We look at the materials, stamps and hallmarks, construction, labels and hardware, and compare each piece to verified authentic examples from our own archive. We also ask where every piece came from, because the story has to make sense. Silver jewelry, printed tees and hoodies, and denim go to an independent authenticator as well, and a piece is only approved when both of us agree. If there is any doubt, we do not sell it.

Where is Starchive located? Can I shop in person?

Our showroom is in New York City and is open by private appointment, one on one with someone from our team. Tell us what you want to see and we will have it ready. The exact address is sent when your appointment is confirmed. Book a visit here.

Do you only sell Chrome Hearts?

Chrome Hearts is the heart of the archive, from jewelry, rings and wallet chains to leather, denim, hoodies, eyewear and one of one pieces. We also carry Enfants Riches Déprimés, Paly Hollywood, Balenciaga, Alexander Digenova and a selection of vintage band and graphic tees. See every house on our Designers A to Z page.

Are your pieces new or pre-owned?

Both. Every listing is graded from Fair to New, measured, and photographed by us, and the photos show the exact piece you will receive, including any wear.

How fast do you ship, and do you ship internationally?

Orders ship from New York within 5 business days, usually sooner. We ship across the United States and to most of Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE and more. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final because most pieces are one of a kind. If something arrives damaged, is not as described, or is the wrong item, contact us right away and we will make it right. Orders shipped to the European Union have a 14 day cooling off period. Our lifetime authenticity guarantee always applies. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I sell or consign my Chrome Hearts with you?

Yes. We buy and consign Chrome Hearts, Enfants Riches Déprimés and other archive pieces from collectors. Send us photos through our Sell or Consign page, or book a selling appointment at the showroom.

Can I see more photos or a video before I buy?

Where can I see what you have sold?

Our Sold Archive shows pieces that have already found a home, so you can get a feel for what passes through the shop.
