Return policy

  • Authenticity guaranteed for life. Full refund, shipping included, if a piece is ever shown not to be authentic.
  • Exactly as described. If a piece arrives damaged, wrong, or materially different from its listing, tell us within 3 days for a full refund.
  • Changed your mind? Returns are welcome within 7 days of delivery, for store credit only. Ask us for more photos, measurements, or a video before you buy.

Authenticity guarantee

Every piece we sell is inspected and authenticated by Starchive before it is listed. If a piece you bought from us is ever shown not to be authentic, by the brand or a recognized third-party authentication service, we will refund the full price you paid, including shipping, and cover the cost of sending it back. This guarantee does not expire.

Not as described

We describe and photograph the condition of every piece as accurately as we can. If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is materially different from its listing (condition, size, or details), contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@starchive.la with your order number and photos. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a prepaid return label and refund you in full, including original shipping, to your original payment method.

The piece must come back in the condition it arrived: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and everything it came with.

Returns for store credit

Returns are welcome up to 7 days after your piece is delivered, for store credit only. To start a return, email hello@starchive.la with your order number before you send anything back.

  • The piece must come back in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Pieces purchased new with tags must be returned with the tags still attached.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
  • Store credit is issued for the price of the piece. Original shipping and any duties or taxes are not credited.
  • Pieces from our Sale collection are final sale.

Cash refunds are not offered for returns, other than the authenticity and not-as-described cases above.

Refunds

Approved refunds for authenticity or not-as-described claims are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned piece. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Store credit for returns is issued within 5 business days of receiving the piece.

International orders

Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid on delivery are not refundable by Starchive, except where the law requires it or the claim is for authenticity, damage, wrong item, or not as described.

European Union

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a justification. The piece must come back in the same condition you received it, unworn, with all tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
