Buying Chrome Hearts in New York

Most of what we sell at Starchive NYC never goes on a rack first. A piece comes in, we go over it with a tape measure and a light, write down every flaw, and photograph it before it gets a listing.
Online
Everything is on starchive.la. Each listing has measurements and the condition notes, including the flaws. Shipping is free in the US and we ship worldwide. Returns are 7 days for store credit, and a piece that turns out not to be real is refunded.
In person
The showroom is in the East Village and it is by appointment only. We send the address when you book, so there is nobody wandering in off the street and you get the rack to yourself. Book a time here, or message us what you are after and we will pull it before you arrive.
If you are selling
We buy pieces we want and we consign at a 20% fee. Here is how that works.
Whatever you buy, from anyone
Ask for close photos of the stamps and hardware, and ask what happens if the piece is not real. Ours comes with a lifetime authenticity guarantee, and we wrote down what we look at.
